This is an application for placing on record reply on behalf of

respondent Nos.3 and 4.

Keeping in view of the contents mentioned in the application,

the same is allowed.

Reply eply on behalf of respondent Nos.3 an 4 is taken on record

subject to all just exceptions.

Learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly submits that the

issue in the present petition has already been decided by the judgment of this

Court in CWP No.14546 of 2024 titled as "Deepak Kumar and ors. Vs.

State of Punjab and ors."decided on 11.07.2024 and submits that the

present petition be also disposed of in the same terms.

Learned State counsel submits that as the similar civil writ

petition has been dismissed and therefore, the present writ petition be also

dismissed keeping in view that the parties have not been able to dispute that

the claim of the petitioner as raised in the present petition has also been

raised in Deepak Kumar's case (supra), and the present petition may also be

disposed of in the same terms.

Accordingly, the present petition is also dismissed in the

abovestated terms.

Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
