1. Instant revision petition has been filed against judgment dated

10.03.2014, passed by the Additional District Judge, Amritsar, dismissing the

appeal of the petitioner, and judgment dated 27.01.1999, passed by the Civil

Judge (Senior Division), Amritsar, dismissing the objections filed against the

award.

2. Counsel for the petitioners has filed xerox copy of a communication

bearing No.55(19)/ACD/2024/1726, dated 19.09.2024, which is taken on

record. On its basis, he seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the instant

petition.

3. Dismissed as withdrawn.
