1. This is a Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 22.10.2024 passed by the District Judge, Jhajjar, vide which the application dated 16.10.2023 (Annexure P-4) filed by the petitioner under Section 151 and 152 CPC has been dismissed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since in the impugned order dated 22.10.2024, the District Judge, Jhajjar, has observed that the petitioner has not filed any review or appeal against the judgment and decree dated 01.09.2015 and the said alleged mistake of mentioning interest @ 6% per month instead of, as suggested by the petitioner 6% per annum would not fall within the preview of Section 152 CPC, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law.

3. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
