Coram : Hon'ble Mr. Justice N.S.Shekhawat
Present: None.
Ms. Sheenu Sura, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana.
***
N.S.Shekhawat J. (Oral)
1. The appellant has filed the present appeal against the impugned
judgment dated 12.12.2019 and 14.12.2019 passed by the Trial Court, however,
the copy of the impugned judgment was not attached with the paperbook.
2. The Registry of the Court had raised objections on 16.03.2020,
however, no learned counsel had collected the paperbook for removal of the
objections. It seems that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present
petition.
3. Consequently, the petition is ordered to be dismissed.
