1. Present revision petition has been filed challenging the order dated 22.05.2023 whereby an application to cross-examine the witness of defendant No.1 was allowed by the Trial Court as well as order dated 21.10.2023 passed by the Additional District Judge, Chandigarh whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the main civil suit has been dismissed by the Trial Court vide judgment and decree dated 24.09.2024.

3. In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
