1. Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated

09.11.2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)-4, Jalandhar

vide which the evidence of the plaintiff-petitioner was closed by order.

2. None had appeared on behalf of the plaintiff-petitioner on

15.02.2024. None had appeared on 24.07.2024 as well. Today again none

has put in appearance on behalf of the plaintiff-petitioner.

3. As per the E-Courts website of District Courts, Jalandhar the

suit itself stands dismissed with costs vide judgment and decree dated

12.09.2024 and hence the present petition has since been rendered

infructuous.

4. Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending

applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
