already stands acquitted vide judgment dated 27.8.2019 passed by learned
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Yamunanagar at Jagadhri and that as
such, he does not wish to pursue the instant petition having been rendered
infructuous.
In view of the aforestated position, instant petition is rendered
infructuous and is disposed of as such.
