1. Present Regular Second Appeal has been filed for setting aside the judgment and decree dated 31.01.2006 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Kaithal, and judgment and decree dated 23.12.2004 passed

by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kaithal may kindly be upheld.

3. Despite, the case having been called twice, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. It appears that neither the appellant

nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present appeal.

4. Under these circumstances, having left with no other option, the

present appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution accordingly.
