1. The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article

227 of the Constitution of India for quashing the impugned order dated

15.11.2022 (Annexure P-7) passed by the Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Batala vide

which the application moved by the petitioner/defendant under Order 14

Rule 5 for framing of proper issues has been dismissed.

2. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that vide

judgment dated 23.01.2024, the suit of the plaintiff has been decreed and

thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

3. In view of the above, present Civil Revision Petition is disposed

of as having been rendered infructuous.

4. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the petition, in case,

any cause of action survives.
