1. The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article
227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 02.08.2022
(Annexure P-5) and the order datead 02.09.2023 (Annexure P-6) passed by
the Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Kharkhoda vide which the appliation
for setting aside the ex-parte order dated 02.08.2022 has been dismissed.
2. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that vide
judgment dated 06.08.2024, the main suit itself has been decreed and thus,
the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. In view of the above, present Civil Revision Petition is disposed
of as having been rendered infructuous.
4. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the petition, in case,
any cause of action survives.
