1. The petitionerd have filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to quash the FIR No. 36 dated 18.04.2015 under Section 304-A IPC registered at Police Station Jalalabd (W), District Fazilka and the judgment dated 22.09.2017 arising out of the same FIR and all the consequential proceedings on the basis of the compromise.
2. The petition was filed in the year 2018 and the Registry of the Court had raised certain objections, however, the objections have not been removed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. It seems that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present petition.
3. Consequently, the petition is ordered to be dismissed.
