1. The instant Regular Second Appeal is preferred for setting aside

the judgment/decree dated 09.03.2005 passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior

Division, Karnal and judgment/decree dated 15.09.2005 passed by learned

Additional District Judge, Karnal.

2. Present appeal is pending since year 2006. Despite, the case

having been called twice, there is no representation representation on behalf of the appellants.

It appears that neither the appellants nor their counsel is interested in pursuing

the present appeal.

3. Under these circumstances, having left with no other option, the

present appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution accordingly.
