Counsel for the petitioner made statement that the present
petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner is acquitted by the
trial Court vide judgment dated 18.10.2024, after he appeared in the trial
Court in compliance of the previous order dated 05.09.2024 passed by
this Court.
2. Learned State counsel submits that the present petition be
disposed of in light of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for the
petitioner.
3. In view of the above, the present petition is hereby disposed
of having been rendered infructuous.
