By way of present appeal, challenge has been laid to the judgment and decree dated 14.01.1993 passed by the first Appellate Court.

2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that despite having made all sincere efforts, he has not been able to get in touch with the appellants and thus submits that the present appeal may kindly indly be dismissed for non-prosecution.
