Today, att the very outset, learned counsel for the petitionerss

submits that all the petitioners already stand acquitted vide judgment

dated 30.08.2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chandigarh.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant tant petition filed

for quashing of the FIR R has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of

as such.
