(1) Learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the instant appeal with
liberty to the appellant to challenge the age limits/relaxations granted to the ex-
servicemen in the advertisement issued by the Union Public Service Commission dated
14.02.2024 as according to him the same are arbitrary and thus violative of Article 14 of
the Indian Constitution.
(2) Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
(3) It is clarified that in case the appellant challenges the vires of the aforesaid
clause of the advertisement dated 14.02.2024 the said challenge shall be decided
uninfluenced by the observations made in the impugned judgment, in accordance with
law.
(4). Pending miscellaneous application(s) also stand disposed of.
