[1]. Challenge in the present revision petition is to the judgment dated

18.08.2023 passed by the Sessions Judge, Bathinda, whereby the appeal filed

against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 08.02.2023 passed

by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bathinda stood dismissed, thereby upholding

the judgment of conviction and order of sentence passed by the Trial Court.

[2]. In the present case for the last two dates of hearing, no one has chosen

to appear on behalf of the petitioner. Even today the position remains the same.

[3]. It appears that the petitioner is not interest in pursuing the present

petition, the same is, thus, dismissed, however with liberty to the petitioner to seek

its revival in case any cause survives.
