1. The appellant/plaintiff has filed the instant appeal against

judgment and decree dated 29.05.1999, whereby learned Additional

District Judge, Ludhiana, while allowing the appeal filed by the

respondents/defendants has set aside the judgment and decree dated

24.04.1998 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ludhiana,

whereby a suit filed by the appellant/plaintiff has been decreed.

2. No one had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant on

24.11.2023 and 20.12.2023. Even today also no one is present on behalf

of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested to further

pursue the present appeal.

3. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
