1. Petitioner -- Balwinder Singh, aged 46 years, has filed present writ petition for quashing of the selection/appointment of Anshul Guest Faculty Lecturer, (respondent No.3), Bharti Guest Faculty Lecturer, (respondent No.4) and Meenakshi Guest Faculty Lecturer (respondent No.5), who were appointed by respondent Nos.1 and 2 i.e. Panjab University and Institute of Chemical Engineering and Technology.

2. On the previous date of hearing i.e. 23.04.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ petition.

3. Today also, no one is present on behalf of the petitioner.

4. One of the writ petition i.e. CWP-15164-2014, which is listed today along with present writ petition, has already been dismissed by this Court.

5. Since, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner for

the last two occasions, present writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
