1. The present petition has been filed for quashing the impugned Public

Notice/Advertisement dated 14.09.2021 issued by respondent No.3 for filing up

8393 posts of Pre-Primary School Teachers, since it suffers from malice and

malafide as also to quash the order dated 26.08.2021.

2. Learned counsel submits that in view of the judgment dated

10.12.2021 passed by Division Bench of this Court in Najar Singh and Others

vs. State of Punjab and Others in CWP-18921-2021 and other connected cases,

the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.

3. Ordered accordingly.
