1. The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Notices were

issued to the appellants. As per the service report, appellants No.1 to 3 are

stated to be residing in abroad. Appellant No.4 stand served. This is the only

addresses which were given in the memo of parties and in the judgment and

decree passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court. No one has

put in appearance on behalf of the appellant No.4.

2. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to

dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case

anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand

disposed off.
