1. The present appeal pertains to the year 2019.

2. On 08.01.2024 the following order was passed :

"The present appeal pertains to the year 2019. On

23.08.2023 the following order was passed :

"None appeared on 09.12.2019 and 08.01.2020.

On 06.07.2023 and 26.07.2023, counsel for the

appellant sought adjournments. Even today, there

is no representation on behalf of the appellant.

In the interest of justice, one last opportunity is

granted.

Adjourned to 08.01.2024. "

Today the case has been called twice. None has put in

appearance on behalf of the appellant. In the interest of

justice, adjourned to 14.03.2024.

It is made clear that in case the appeal is not argued on

integrity of this judgment/order.

the next date of hearing, the same shall be dismissed for

non-prosecution.

Registry to inform the counsel for the appellant of the

order passed."

3. Today the case has been passed over and called twice, however,

no one has appeared on behalf of the appellant despite the counsel being

duly informed about the date fixed. It appears that the appellant is not

interested in pursuing the present appeal.

4. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to

dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

5. Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any,

also stand disposed off.
