The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of
mandamus directing the respondents to comply with the judgment dated
04.12.2017, Annexure P-2, passed by the Educational Tribunal, and allow the
petitioner to join the college.
2. Learned counsel for respondents no.1 and 2/Society contends that
in compliance of directions in the judgment the petitioner has been allowed to
join the service.
3. In view of the statement made, it is apparent that the Tribunal's
direction has been complied with, and nothing survives for adjudication.
4. Disposed of.
