1. The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of

the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 08.11.2023 passed by the

Ld. Rent Controller, Ludhiana whereby objections filed by the judgment-

debtor have been accepted and the execution petition of the decree-holder has

been dismissed.

2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to

withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate remedy as per

law.

3. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
