1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a writ petition

bearing No.CWP-14063-2022, titled as Rahul Boora versus State of Haryana

and others was filed by similarly situated employees, who were also appointed

as Clerks and the same was dismissed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on

07.10.2023 and against the aforesaid judgment, LPA is pending before this

Court. He further submitted that since the controversy has already been decided

in the aforesaid judgment, appropriate order may be passed in the present case

also.

2. In view of the above, the present writ petition is also dismissed in

terms of CWP-14063-2022.
