1. The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles
226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari,
mandamus, for directing the respondents to release the death-cum-retirement
gratuity and other retiral benefits of the petitioner.
2. Learned State counsel states that the present case may be disposed
of as having been rendered infructuous in view of the calculation sheet, as per
which, the amount that was claimed by the petitioner was paid to him. The
same is placed on record as Mark 'A'.
3. Ordered accordingly.
