1. The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition under Articles

226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a writ in the nature of

mandamus, for directing the respondents to release the pensionary benefits

to the petitoner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the

present petition with liberty to file the same with better particulars.
