The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section

482 Cr.P.C., for quashing of impugned order dated 05.09.2022, passed by

JMIC, Amritsar (Annexure P-4), whereby the trial Court has summoned the

petitioner to face trial along with other accused and also the impugned

judgment dated 07.11.2023 (Annexure P-7), passed by learned Additional

Sessions Judge, Amritsar arising out of FIR No.182, dated 14.06.2014, under

Sections 447/427/148/149 IPC, registered at Police Station Jandiala Guru,

District Amritsar with all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner

prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Prayer is accepted.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
