cancellation of anticipatory bail to respondent Nos.2 and 3 by this Court vide

order dated 07.08.2023 in CRM-M-33496-2022, Annexure P-6.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the

present petition with liberty to file the same with better particulars.
