1. The present appeal pertains to the year 2002 and is a partially

burnt case.

2. Intimation regarding the date fixed was given to the filing

counsel vide letter dated 21.02.2024. However, no one has come present on

behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in

pursuing the present appeal.

3. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to

dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

4. Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any,

also stand disposed off.
