1. This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 08.12.2015 (Annexure P-1).

2. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and same was the position on the last two dates of hearing i.e. 03.11.2023 and 30.01.2024.

3. It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present petition.

4. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

5. All pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed.
