1. The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Vide order dated

09.01.2024 fresh notices were issued to the parties. As per the Office report,

notices issued to the appellants and respondent No.1 have been received

back duly served. However, no one has appeared on their behalf despite

service. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the

present appeal. Notice issued to respondent No.2 has been received back

unserved due to incomplete address. Notice issued to respondents No.3 to 9

have not been received back served or otherwise.

2. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to

dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case

anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand

disposed off.
