By way of present appeal, challenge has been laid to the judgment and decree dated 29.03.2023 passed by the Court of Additional District Judge, Faridkot (hereinafter to be referred as "First Appellate Court"), whereby the appeal filed against the judgment and decree dated 31.05.2019 passed by the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Faridkot (hereinafter to be referred as "trial Court"), dismissing the suit for declaration and permanent injunction (filed at the instance of appellant-plaintiff), was dismissed.

[2] At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the parties have entered into a settlement; thus, the appellant does not intend to pursue the present appeal any further and wishes to withdraw it.

[3]             Dismissed as withdrawn.
[4]             Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand

disposed off.
