1. None had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant on

14.11.2019. Same was the situation on 05.02.2020. On 09.05.2023 also none

appeared on behalf of the parties. Today also the case has been called twice,

however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the parties.

2. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but

to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case

anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand

disposed off.
