seeking condonation of delay as also the main appeal to enable the appellants to move

the learned Single Judge through filing of an appropriate application seeking therein

review/modification of the judgment impugned through the instant appeal.

(2) Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

(3) It is clarified that in case the review application, the liberty for which has

been sought and got through the instant order, is filed and is rejected by the learned

Single Judge, it shall not preclude the appellants to challenge the impugned judgment

and such rejection, in accordance with law.

(4) All pending applications also stand disposed of.
