1. Challenge in the present revision petition is to the interim order dated 28.03.2024.

2. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 are ad idem that the appeal itself is yet to be decided.

3. In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off with a direction to the First Appellate Court to decide the appeal expeditiously and preferably on the next date of hearing without being influenced by the findings recorded in the interim order dated 28.03.2024.

4. Meanwhile, till the decision of the appeal, the parties shall maintain status quo as it exists today.

5. Disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed

off.
