1. In compliance of order passed by this Court on 22.11.2023, report by way of affidavit of Mr. Varun Sharma, I.P.S. Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala (Punjab) dated 15.01.2024 has been filed in the Court today. The same is taken on record.
2. Learned State counsel at the very outset submits that the grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition has been substantially redressed, as such nothing survives in the present petition.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has no objection in case the present petition is disposed of in terms of the affidavit filed on behalf of Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala.
4. In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of as such.
