1. This appeal has been filed by the decree holder. Two interim

orders passed by the Executing Court on 16.07.2015 and 21.07.2015, are

subject matter of challenge.

2. The learned counsel representing the parties are ad-idem that in

view of the settlement agreement dated 16.01.2019, addendum to the

settlement dated 16.01.2019 and the letter dated 22.12.2023, the present

appeal has been rendered infructuous and be disposed of as such.

3. Ordered accordingly.

4. However, the judgment debtor shall remain bound by the

aforesaid settlement, the copies whereof shall be filed before the Executing

Court. The copies thereof has also been filed in this Court.

5. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also

disposed of.
