Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the claim

raised in the present petition has already been decided by the Coordinate

Bench of this Court while passing order in CWP No. 7806 of 2016 titled

as Rekha Rani Vs. Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana,

Chandigarh and others, decided on 30.09.2012 and other connected

cases, which judgment has already attained finality, hence, the present

petition be also disposed of in the same terms and conditions.

Learned counsel for the respondents raised no objection.

Keeping in view the above, the present petition is disposed of

in terms of Rekha Rani's case (supra).
