Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the

Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the

petitioner in FIR No.13 dated 22.01.2021 under Section 22 of the

Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at

Police Station City Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.

2. At the outset, Learned State counsel, on instructions,

submits that the petitioner stands acquitted by learned Special Court,

Ferozepur, vide judgment dated 11.03.2024 and as such, present

petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.

3. Ordered accordingly.

4. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed

off.
