1. Present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 02.11.2023 fresh notices were issued to the parties. As per office report, the parties remain unserved due to incomplete address. This is the only address of the parties available in the memo of parties as well as the judgments of the Courts below. Learned counsel for the appellants states that he has no instructions in the matter.

2. In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

3. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
