1. The present revision petition has been filed, inter alia, praying

for setting aside the order dated 01.09.2018, whereby the petitioner had been summoned to face trial in FIR No.283 dated 15.07.2016 under Sections 302, 307, 34 and 120-B of IPC and Sections 25 and 30 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station City Hansi.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that by virtue of the judgment dated 11.08.2023 passed by the Court below, the petitioners have been convicted and, hence, the present petition does not survive for consideration.

3. In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as

having been rendered infructuous.

4. Pending miscellaneous application(s) shall also stand disposed of.
