1. The present petition is for quashing of FIR No.67 dated

09.05.2023, under Sections 448, 420, 380, 120-B and 506 of IPC, registered at Police Station Balongi, District SAS Nagar, Mohali, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 18.03.2024 (Annexure P-2).

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the matter had been compromised in CRM-M-36885-2023 and on that basis the present petition had been filed, however, subsequent thereto, the private respondents are not coming forward for getting their statements recorded

and, therefore, faced with the same learned counsel for the petitioner prays

| attest to the accuracy and integrity of this Order/Judgment

for withdrawal of the present petition by keeping all his grounds open to be agitated before an appropriate forum and to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

4. In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as

withdrawn at this stage without expressing any opinion on the merits of the

case.
