1. The prayer made in the present petition is for directing the
respondents to allow the petitioners to continue to discharge their duties and
to regularize their services.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the
present petition has been rendered infructuous in view of the fact that the
petitioners, who were engaged as Seasonal employees on daily wage basis,
have not been working in Education Board since long.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is unable to refute
this fact.
4. Ordered accordingly.
