1. Prayer in the present petition is for directing respondents No.2

to 4 to accept the application form and requisite fee from the petitioner and

to install the electricity connection for the bore well.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.2 to 4

submits that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy to approach the

Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum for release of the electricity

connection and that insofar as the aspect of seeking No Objection Certificate

from the other co-sharers/family members and others is concerned, the said

issued has already been dealt with in the judgment dated 21.03.2023

passed in CWP-26395-2017 titled as 'Jahid Hassan Vs. State of Haryana

and others'.

3. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner

seeks withdrawal of the present writ petition so as to file an appropriate

application before the Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum for release of

the electricity connection.

4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with

liberty to the petitioner to pursue his alternate remedy in accordance with

law.

5. Needless to mention that in the event of the petitioner taking

recourse to the alternative remedy, an expeditious decision shall be taken on

the application/representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.
