1. The present application has been filed, inter alia, praying for

preponement of the main case as the applicant-petitioner wishes to withdraw the main petition filed for seeking grant of regular bail to the applicant-petitioner in FIR No.197 dated 14.05.2022, under Sections 392, 458, 397 and 34 of IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Uchana Road, District Jind.
