1. The prayer made in the present petition is for directing the

respondents to release entire retiral benefits of the petitioner including

gratuity, leave encashment, CPF and commuted pension.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the

present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
