Challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated

07.09.2018 whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial as an

additional accused under Section 319 Cr.P.C.

Learned State counsel submits that in the instant case, final report

under Section 173 was filed on 05.01.2017. He further informs the Court that

the trial Court Ludhiana has already passed the judgment of acquittal dated

31.01.2024 qua the petitioner and this fact has not been controverted by learned

counsel for the petitioner.

In view of above, nothing survives in the present petition and the

same has become redundant.

Accordingly, the same is disposed of.
