1. The jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been

invoked seeking quashing of impugned order dated 04.01.2019, passed by

Additional Sessions Judge, Fazilka whereby, an application under Section 319

Cr.P.C. seeking summoning of respondents No.2 and 5 as additional accused has

been dismissed.

2. Mr. Jaspal Singh Guru, AAG, Punjab, on instructions has informed this

Court that three accused, who are put to trial stands acquitted by learned Additional

Sessions Judge, Fazilka vide its judgment dated 07.02.2022. Hence, nothing

survives in the present petition and the same has been rendered infructuous.

3. In view of above, the present petition is dismissed, as having been

rendered infructuous.

4. All the pending criminal misc. applications are also disposed off.
