1. The present petition is for quashing of the order dated

03.02.2023 (Annexure P-3) vide which the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person and order dated 23.09.2022 (Annnexure P-2) issuing non-bailable warrants of arrest qua the petitioner in a complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had been arrested on 10.04.2024 and subsequently has been released on bail on 13.04.2024.

3. In light of the above, the present petition challenging the order dated 03.02.2023 (Annexure P-3) declaring the petitioner as proclaimed

person does not survive as the petitioner has already joined the proceedings.

However, in case an FIR under Section 174-A of IPC has been lodged, the petitioner is at liberty to move an appropriate petition for any relief, if so

desired or maintainable.
